The Goal
Creating a welcoming, intuitive way-finding system to navigate the colossal Los Angeles Convention Center, and connecting with the guest maps.
The Big 3: Color, Texture, Structure
Effective signage has three cues to help a guest remember a location: color, texture, and structure.
Same Structure, Different Colors & Characters.
Every section of the convention had an assigned color and a unique AX character while the overall structure remained the same.
